This seems to run well enough, so I figured I'd release it for other people to use.
Specific map: ctf_Silo_beta1 (http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/45670) What runs: Both teams are able to successfully steal + capture the opposite teams flags. Ideal positions for teleporters, sentries, and snipers seem to work out alright. What sort of runs: Both staircases near spawn (the yellow wheeled one, and the large spiral shaped one) have some issues. Alternate pathways (ie: upstairs area) What doesnt really run: Both elevators; they are marked as ladders and have only been used by a few bots successfully. Both stairwells near the center of the map What wasnt included in this version: waypoint setradius Youtube link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cyRWRS2gkW4 Feedback appreciated edit/Cheeseh: thanks! uploaded to forum! Attached File(s) ctf_Silo_beta1.zip ( 24.43k ) Number of downloads: 116 |

A<--------------B in this one, the bot goes back to A. when you make a waypoint, it autolinks any waypoints near it to itself. This often does the back and forth moving. just snip off the routes, that can lead a bot running back and forth. as for the capture and defend, the bots arent coded yet(maybe) to fully use those waypoint types. |
