I use:
- Srcds orangebox stand alone server, v1.0.6.2 (Linux, Dedicated) Running Team Fortress 2 - RCbot 2 v.5 compiled by Bir3yk, svn build 111. (Thanks Bir3yk) - MetaMod:Source v1.7.1V, SourceMod v1.2.1 with stock plugins I am trying to get started with waypointing on cp_rats_alpha2. The bots load fine, and stand in spawn while I set the first point. I do this by hitting the f1 key, which is bound to the rcbot waypoint add command. They run to it, as one would expect... then, I exit spawn and walk a few steps, add a second waypoint (F1) which is when the server hard crashes and then the linux daemon restarts it (I love you linux<3). I've not been able to catch the crash dialogue since it's on a remote server in a screen instance and the useless debug.log provides nothing of interest either. Is the bot engine writing any error states & debug events, and if so, where? Any ideas on how to add more waypoints without this crash? I may have seen a seg fault, but can't be sure since it was flying by too fast. Thanks for any feedback. |

You can only create waypoints on a listen server, i.e. on windows by creating your own server in game
