Yes i am STEAM_ID_LAN and yes i have
Steam\steamapps\myaccount\rcbot2\config\accessclients.ini
"STEAM_ID_LAN" 63
But everytime if i add RCBot addbot
i got this

try STEAM_ID_PENDING

or look to see what your steam ID is while you are connecting (Check if it changes)

type status is console to get the steam id in the game, but your steam id might change from "STEAM_ID_PENDING" at the start of the game

yes i know, its like i write STEAM_ID_LAN
the pending is just shown if i try sv_lan 0 on running sv_lan 1 server but i don't type it, just for test.

It might be because you do it like this:

Open TF2 - Start a game - Then load the plugin.

If you're doing it like that, you could either Start a new game, or you could load the plugin before starting a game.
