RCBot2 crashed on TF2 Options

Hello,
First of all thanks to you for this bot but I have got a problem.I set this bot on my non-steam tf2 folder then configure my accesclient.ini for admin level.And I joined tf2.Then I wrote on my console "plugin_load bin\HPB_Bot2".Then create ctf_well map.Then I wrote sv_cheats 1 and rcbot addbot.But hl2.exe stopping work.
my bot_mods.ini here;

I set up this game on D\Games folder.And folder name Team Fortress 2.

Your game is outdated, try updating it, else buy the game (If you live on developed countries).
