Can't hit the side of a barn doh!, Snipers rifles shoot too high Options

Long range weapons shoot just over the heads (close enough to hear bullet wizz) next to a bot or half way across a map . New install latest ver running HPB_bot2.dll on windows server 2008. with or without MetaMod:Source v1.10.0V, SourceMod v1.5.3 running. Profiles generated on my pc or from My_Time_!

Removed these settings and now they shoot straight
rcbot_skill 0.60
rcbot_anglespeed 0.2
