If you installed it like this....I think it works.

1) Unpack the bot, and put the file "HPB_bot2.dll" into the folder:

Valve\Steam\SteamApps\*your steamname*\counter-strike source\bin

Put the file "HPB_bot2.vdf" into the folder:

Valve\Steam\SteamApps\*your steamname*\counter-strike source\cstrike\addons

2) Unpack the waypoints, and put them into the folder:

Valve\Steam\SteamApps\*your steamname*\rcbot2\waypoints\counter-strike source\cstrike\

3) Then start CouterStrikeSource, open the console and type "plugin_load hpb_bot2" ***

4) Load a map that you have waypoints for, example "cs_assault"

5) When the map has loaded and you are in the game, write "rcbot addbot" (without the "") in the console, and a bot should join your game.

I think it works. biggrin.gif

the bot doesnt' seem to work with me anymore anyway with the latest CS:Source, they can join theg ame but can't join a team, I've never tried debugging it since. You can use the bots you get with CS:S anyway by using bot_quota command

Hi,

I have downoaded the last RCBot 2 preview.

Is an update planned in next time, that the bot can join a team in CS:S?

I think its great that someone is trying to intergrate into CSS already biggrin.gif

If you get the bots to join and stuff I'll gladly waypoint some maps.
