The new ns_eclipse waypoints for rcbot. This waypoint not only got re-re-adjusted to the new beta 4 version of this map but I also did a massive clean up of these waypoints in hopes to improve navigation.

The new ns_eclipse for whichbot. I made some changes from the wb v0.91 versions release just to make the nessisary corrections and also added waypoints for the newly added vents.

QUOTE (BadLife @ Apr 27 2004, 02:48 AM)
ns_agora ns_metal both have wapoints in walls and other junk

Ok, here is the updated ns_agora for rcbot. In my opinion, this map should have never been waypointed because of the level of difficulty involved just to navigate this map.

RCbot may have enough support for it to operate all those lifts and doors but whichbot does not so I can not do this for whichbot. Sorry guys, this is the best I can do for now.

*EDIT* I had made a mistake on this waypoint and had missed C-Elevator, The Wedge and Check-Point areas of this map ( have no waypoints ) so if you got this waypoint, please download it again.

Here is an update to ns_metal for RCbot. Much better suited for bots then ns_agora but one weldable point may cause rcbot marines to get trapped if they have no welder.

The wb wpt for this map is coming soon. Im just to tired to do it right now.

Here is ns_metal for whichbot. I have no idea if this map was ever waypointed before for because I couldn't find a previous wpt anywhere so I altered this one from the rcbots version listed above. Mainly cleaned up marine spawn, corrected the ladder system, by-passed the lifts and finished it by including all the vents and short-cuts.

From what I can tell, it looks like wb shouldn't have many problems playing this map but I am not sure how well because I am unable to test it. Please let me know if you find any trouble spots.

Here is ns_nothing for RCbot. This is about as good as this map gets for the current rcbot v1.3 release.

Here is ns_nothing for whichbot. The only reason this maps waypoints didn't ship with whichbot v0.91 is because of the absence of lift support. Regurdless of that, whichbots can build all 3 hives on this map but need more time then normal to do so.

Recommend at lease 6 whichbots on this map for best results. Also, leaving all the lifts in the down position will help speed bot movement up greatly.

Here is ns_ayumi for rcbot. This waypoint was a complete re-do over the origenal because I though it could be vastly improved apon. Hopefully, this map will play much better.

Here is ns_ayumi for whichbot. As with ns_metal, I could not find a whichbot version of this waypoint. This waypoint is an exact match of the rcbot version. Only difference is, this waypoint has been optimised for whichbot's style of navigation.

PS: Has anyone ever noticed that this map has a some-what hidden res node? Looks to me like it's quite difficult to reach.

Here is ns_veil for RCbot. Had to make this one from scratch because the author of that map had shifted it over 1000 units when it got upgraded dry.gif . The lift just out-side pipeline hive still may become an issue because the lift button trigger is not the swtich seen on the wall.

Sorry Gruuunt, I couldn't wait.

Here is ns_veil for whichbot. Again, nearly identical waypoints to rcbots version only added all the vents, trimmed some waypoints from marine start and the hives that were not needed by wb and by-passed the lift at pipeline hive.

My version of ns_Veil [Marine Specific]

Taken me yonks to do from scratch, but rines move around whole map now with no probs that I could see. Only part that is debatable is the damn lift, they will use it occassionally, but most of the time will decide to jump down instead - sigh

Took most of my time using the pathwaypoint remove command to 'tune' the paths used.

Gonna try to be rated eventually good enough to be a rcbot waypointer instead of advanced member - wotever blink.gif

Here is ns_tanith for RCbot. Not much has changed since the beta 3 patch except the vent going from Waste Handling hive out to Central Access Tunnels has been changed in beta 4. Here is the fix.

*EDIT* rcbots were getting stuck trying to re-enter the vent at central access and I forgot to waypoint the ladder at dubble res ( reactor room ). If you already got this, download it again for the fix.

Here is ns_tanith for whichbot. Someone over there at whichbot really screewed the pooch on this one and sent everyone with wb v.91 with the waypoint for ns_tanith 2.0. This one will get wb back in the game.

*EDIT* There was a point where the bots were getting stuck on a tower at dubble res ( reactor room ) just as they got out of the water. If you already got this one, download it again for the fix.
