Just been reading a thread on ns_eclipse, its due to change in v3 beta 5 no doors at marine start and some other changes - sigh

i agree about the new kmaps idea and not changing the current ones, but if i ahve to d/l another 36mb update for ns (i had to d/l it 3 times because they were corrupted!!!!!!!) I WILL SCREAM!!!!!! anyone else feel the same about the continuous update betas? im on dialup, otherwise i wouldnt be going crazy |

Your on dialup playing steam? I feel sorry for you. Having to download updates is not a big deal but it's when these updates are mainly "map changes" and maybe just a few bug fixes ( which never truely get "fixed" anyway ), that's what does bother me. And if NS 3.0 was TRUELY steam compatable, there would be no need to keep checking the NS site for when the next f**kup, I meen "patch" is coming. |

well it is actually not to bad, steam and dialup, but yeh, i know what u mean about the patches, but its not just steam compatiable, im positive that pc powerplay released a hl version with one of there dvd mags (im sure i saw it)
ns3 doesnt get to bad of ping or lag online with steam, and being on dialup but the doors r kinda good in ns_elipse |
