I think I just answered this exact same question in whichbots forums and the answer remains the same. ns_stargate-xt9 can't be waypointed. The map is just to difficult for bots.

The waypoint file is only 2k. And it didn't work at all. It either got messed up when you uploaded it, or you uploaded the wrong file, or maybe didn't save it??? The marine bots wouldn't follow a single order, and the aliens got in the water and stayed there. Sandman is right. This isn't going to be a good one for bots. You could waypoint them to keep out of the water, and make waypoints for them to cap res, and other NS type stuff.. They're going to bottle neck at the Stargate though.
