Still need help Options

like i said this server is rented!

I did all of this= Extract the zip into the Half-life folder, make sure all files are
in the Half-Life folder/rcbot directory.

Go into addons/metamod directory and EDIT the plugins.ini file

Add the line:

linux ../rcbot/dlls/rcbot_mm_i486.so

to the file.

And added lines to the liblist.ini

But still no dice, it is a steam server does that matter?

since I don't know if this thread is related to your other one, (as Id think you'd just reply on it instead..) What exactly is the problem??

Well i cant get the bots to work. I'v done everything that is in the install and sill no bots.
Do i need to add something to the server.cfg?

And it accepts my password , or so t seams. But when i type rcbot bot_menu or rcbot addbot it says i dont have access?

And i am set at level 10.

first of all, rcbot is inmstalled fine, just becuase it tells you you dont have acces doesnt mean your liblist is wrong or metamod ini is wrong, it COULD be installed to the wrong folder meaning it cant find the bot_users.ini file for your bot accounts.

Just make sure the account you set up is authenticated okay when you use
rcbot set_pass <password>

if it says you are authenticated then it should work as long as you used the correct format in the bot_users.ini file for setting up your account (i.e having user name and password etc in right place etc)

Nevermind, The people that i have the server thru dont allow server bots "low bandwith" So it not the install it is the server provider.
