I prefer non-steam because I don't like using steam (I do own a lot of steam games on my account) I would rather play Lan with friends, and the bots work great on mine,

I guess by latest steam version, Cheeseh mean latest team fortress 2 version...
This bot should work on unpacked latest team fortress 2 version... Atleast i unpacked my gcf of team fortress 2 + srcds, so i run "steamless" (it still require you to have legit tf2, ofc) server of tf2 with bots and it works. |

I have the money, but i can't find retailers. |
