Help!, Having trouble getting the bots to work! Options

Whenever I run the RCbots in TF2, all the bots do is sit in the spawn and look up and down. If I come near them, they will try to shoot at me, but nothing else. What am I doing wrong?

I have not installed anything besides what the README says to.

rcbot2 folder isn't in the right place, looks like it can't find the waypoints or even the bot profiles

rcbot2 folder should have a waypoints folder and profiles folder in it already,

the rcbot2 folder should be in the steam/steamapps/<email>/ folder
