Ok, my computer can run this perfecly fine with 31 bots, but they don't attack, here is my bot_configs:

and why in gods name are all your vision times so high? and your vision revs? 35 million?

try these settings instead

Because, They just wernt attacking, So I tried to put it unbleivabuly high.

i have a pretty good processor and want to maximize its power.
Whats a good MAX setting for great bots?
