dedicated server not recognized as a dedicated server Options

Hello,
Today i installed the RCBOT2 addon, but from then off my dedicated server couldnt connect with steam servers and it cannot spawn any bots (rcbotd addbot) (it says: Error, no map running or not dedicated server) and rcbot isnt found as a command.
It loads without any errors or missing files, i have the latest version.

please i need support!

EDIT: I changed some stuff and now i got another error: cannot verify load for invalid steam ID [A:1:0:1] etc, and Failed to create bot.

Yet another edit: bots work fine now, but i have an error: failed to load serviceservicestart: failed to start. It doesnt connect to the master server and isnt vac secure, while it has to be.
Surfd al over the net, but i couldnt find a solution. HEEEEELLLP

just rebooted the pc... right
