no other bots, that was the reason why I made this compatible with BG in the first place tongue.gif

but yea, I don't think I can fix this myself, maybe its a BG WON problem (or bug) somewhere that means fakeclients can't move. The bots are certainly trying to move and passing their move speed to the engine but they aren't moving, perhaps BG in WON did something to the engine functions (engfuncs_t in eiface.h file if you're a developer blink.gif )

whats so good about battlegrounds then ?, it just looks like a french version of day of defeat to me blink.gif is it worth downloading?

French version of Day of Defeat? WTF?! First of all, it is LONG before World War 2. It is the American Revolution. It isn't even French! It's pretty cool. Of course, people who have short attention spans might not like it. You have to reload after every shot and stuff. It's not the fast gameplay usually found in HL mods. But it's pretty fun.

I upated the engine headers with the ones that were posted on the hlcoders list. But metamod has done that and that has no compatibility problems with won. Those shouldn't cause any problems anyway unless they are actually called, which they aren't so that can't be it.

The only thing i can think of is that I'm clamping the movespeed server and client side, but that never stopped my test bots, so I dunno. I'll see what I can do to fix this one in bg. BG is open source so if you spot anything that could be messing your bots up in won just shout and I'll have it changed for the next release.

sure, you would know anyway thanks biggrin.gif I could check out some of the BG source, but I would think it would be an engine problem if runPlayerMove is working okay in BG won (i.e. calling engine runPlayerMove)
