Changelog: dod_strasbourg_b3 to dod_strasbourg

- removed several stuck bugs
- deblocked some areas
- blocked the possibility to go on some objects (less camper positions)
- removed cupboards in the pizzeria (better movement)
- small deblock for the areas near the crates in the arches (better movement, cover for reloading)
- texture corrections
- fixed some prop fadescales
- replaced the well at allies first with a single flag
- fixed some exploits

Waypoint note:
dod_strasbourg_b3.rcw was used, loaded, checked and saved INsane.
Map is virtually the same but some edited paths were required due to structural changes.
