dod_crash_dust_mx, A dod_crash style Dust map with 5 flags... Options

This is an unfinished version of the map that I found on a server.
I fixed a few graphical bugs, corrected some model issues, and removed the yellow car wreck they had placed on the bridge to replace it with a tank.
I also made the overview — by the way, you can still see the yellow car on the bridge in it.
I imported the waypoint file from dod_crash and modified it, since the map isn’t 100% identical. Also, there are five flags to capture in this version.
