Problem with bots in BG..... Options

I'm having a problem with getting the bots to work properly in BattleGrounds. I have no trouble getting them on the (LAN, created from my comp) server, but all they do is stand, shoot, and attempt to switch class/team (they suicide, as if they are stuck). I've tried the "rcbot debug nav 1", but it doesn't respond, or there is no error. Also, when I turn on waypointing mode, I can see all of the waypoints on the map, but I just can't figure out why the bots wont follow them. I've tried switching the waypoint files about, because I wasn't sure where they belonged in the first place. If anyone can tell me what the problem is, I'd be very greatful.

If you are using WON this is a known problem, please search the forums for bg and WON.

If you are using steam then you don't have any waypoints for the map or simply you've yet again managed to install it in the wrong folder meaning it can't find the waypoints.
