NS 3.0b with RCBOT and WhichBot Options

Not sure if this goes here. But, I set up NS to run with MetaMod, using RCBOT and WhichBot. Which waypoints do I use? Do I try to use both ? The RCBOT bots take off and then run around in the same place (a set path in one area of the map). Some of the WhichBots come all the way to the commanders chair. What do I need to do to make both bots use the whole map. NS_Agora is the map I am useing now both WichBot and RCBOT have waypoints for this map.
