 Something Wrong with my DMC? |

Ive used the installer Cheeseh made and successfully installed the bot to three mods...Except Deathmatch Classic. The error was that the mod was not installed (even though it is). I am using steam and I did read the faq on how to install DMC to steam yet it still crashes when I modify the command line and try to create a new server.

make another rcbot folder in the steam deathmatch-classic folder.
Alternatively you can have one rcbot folder only in the SteamApps folder and change the rcbot dll path in liblist.gam to ../../rcbot/dlls/rcbot.dll |

Yes it almost worked! I have gotten DMC to read the bot and actually get in a server. However now I get the error no bot profiles left whenever I try to add a bot. Should I just remove the rcbot in the DMC folder? Or the one in the Steam apps?

that's saying that it can't find the botprofiles folder in the rcbot folder. Or probably that it can't find the rcbot folder to start with. Just remove the one in the steamapps and keep the rcbot folder in the same folder as "dmc" folder (in deathmatch-classic folder) also fix the liblist.gam to point to the correct dll file
