Can't start game, My sound like a silly question Options

Hi All,

Ok, I've installed Meta mod 1.17.1. I've installed RCBot 1.3.
Running Steam with latest updates and NS 3 beta4.

I can create a server, I can add boths. They follow thier waypoints.

BUT. The game doesn't appear to want to start.

Players cannot damage anything.

The Comms menu is greyed out.

Game Time doesn't increase

and time limit is -1.

I've tried setting mp_timelimit to 30 but everythiung stays the same.

I;'m assuming NS doesn't think there are any players on the server or something.

Please help?

I've spend 34 hours searching the net and this is my last resourt before I have a brain Aneurysm.

sv_cheats is 1? try changing it to 0. or remove enable cheats qhen you create the game.

you're probably running a combat map,and the game starts after a certian time, before that time you can't shoot anything.

There might be a command somewhere to set the time before the game but I don't know exactly what it is...

hmm Isn't it always like this.

Beg for help then 30 seconds later figure it out.

This happens if you start thje game in Tournament mode for some reason.

Change it to casual and your a for away.

Not too sure why tourny doesn't work though.

Oh well, hope this helps someone else out there.

That sounds like tournament mode has been enabled. This does work but to get the round to start, 1 player from each team must say: READY. If you have amxmod or adminmod, use the execclient command on the bots to say ready
