Ok first I was wondering, Is there any way to make it so any one who is on my server can add or remove bots? And I entered my info and it says password set, but it says I do not have access to any commands.... My access is 8 because in another post i saw that that was the highest, yet it still dosent give me any access if I put it higher. wats wrong?

If using beta rcbot DLLs (from beta discussion forum) use:
http://rcbot.bots-united.com/accesslev.htm to get access level. If not (using last release), then highest level is 10. |

I still get error... Ill show you everything.
I am using RCBOT v1.3 release my botusers.ini is exactly: # RCBOT USERS # ------------ # Usage: # (name in quotes) (password (no spaces)) (accesslevel) # e.g. # "John" johns_pass 10 # for john to have access level 10 # and password "johns_pass" # # Example : "John" johns_pass 10 "-[777]-Golden-Death" ttp 31 I go into my dedicated server and type this in console: rcbot set_pass ttp then I type: rcbot addbot and i get You do not have access to this command. Whats wrong? |

are you using rcbot beta dll..
are you seeing any output after the bot reads the bot_users.ini file? type "rcbot users readusers" to read them again, it will print stuff out saying if there were any problems. |

then you are another tally to the ones who did not install the bot to the correct folder. It can't open the bot users.ini and obviosuly can't open the player ids either.
where is rcbot installed? Give as much detail, if you want your question to be answered ASAP. |

ok ill give you the direct path to the rcbot folder
C:\Documents and Settings\kevin\Desktop\Travis\TTP\HLServer\nsp\addons\rcbot does it go in NSP? And I installed by unzipping, takin folder out, sticking in addons and adding it to metamod's plugins.ini |

ok yes now i read the text file but I still have a prob. If my nsp is like this, ttp/HLserver/nsp/
It said dont put in the mod directory, pt it in half-life, of which no folder in my HLserver is called. Do i put it in HLserver? and if so how do I tell metamod to go there? |

put it in HLServer, to tell metamod to grab the DLL modify HLServer\nsp\addons\metamod\metamod.ini to say...
if you're using the latest release, or..
if you're using the latest beta. |
