NS Combat, marines don't get upgrades Options

I have rcbot v. 1.3 working with whichbot v. 93.
I have ns v.30b4a everything works fine.
Except in NS cmbat the Marines don't get upgrades!(that is the marine bots don't get upgrades.) The aliens will, but the Marines don't.
Is it supposed to be like this, or am I doing something wrong?

I don't know if this is the new bots, but my game always freezes like 10 seconds in now.

Good morning guys!

Today I started to play NS (Version 30b4a), but Im just playing it in LAN-game, because I dont have DSL, just a 56k modem.

So I installed the newest version of rcbot, to get a bot killing fun, by the way, a great bot!

But there?s a bug or something, or windows is just trying to cheat me.
If I shoot on a marine, the game crashes exactly at the moment he dies (perhaps 1 ms before )
Then there?s a dialogbox displayed (critical error), wich shows "Blablabla, error in ns.dll)

In the installation progress I had edit the line

gamedll "<MOD_DLL>" (MOD_DLL is ns.dll)
to
gamedll "../rcbot/dlls/rcbot.dll"

Did I make something wrong?
Because I really got no matter what?s going on

(I added this help-request in this thread because I thought it fits good to the previous problem)

Are you using the latest beta of rcbot? Would list in "meta list" command as rcbot 1.38. Since the latest rcbot beta's require metamod, you can't run rcbot as stand alone. Please tell me what version of metamod your using.

Ehm, well, I dont have metamod.
I tried to download it yesterday, but there?s no way to get th whole metamod files, always just the "metamod.dll".
Do you know where I can get the full-version?
Also I tried to download adminmod, but its the same problem, don?t know what to do with it

that's all you need really. I'll tell you how to set it up.This is for your reference...

• Make a new folder in your Natural selection Mod folder called "addons", so it's like ns/addons
• Then make another folder called "metamod" inside the new "addons" folder (so it's like ns/addons/metamod)
• Make another folder inside your new "metamod" folder called "dlls" (so it's like ns/addons/metamod/dlls)
• put your metamod.dll into the new folder called "dlls" you just made
• go back to the "ns/addons/metamod" folder (go up one level from "dlls") and open notepad and make a new file.
• Write in this file : "win32 ../rcbot/dlls/HPB_Bot.dll" (if using rcbot Beta version) or..
  "win32 ../rcbot/dlls/rcbot_mm.dll" (if using latest rcbot metmaod release dll)
• Save the file as plugins.ini there.
• Now go into the main NS mod folder and open the file "liblist.gam" with notepad.
• Edit the file by chainging the line that starts with "gamedll", if none exists then make one.
• The line should look like this : gamedll "addons/metamod/dlls/metamod.dll"
