you need this metamod : http://forums.unitedadmins.com/index.php?showtopic=39088
and try the latest rcbot beta dll file. After all I did fix like 10000 crashes and bugs in it. |

Win32 binaries:
http://koti.mbnet.fi/axh/files/metamod-1.17.2p10-win32.zip Linux binaries: http://koti.mbnet.fi/axh/files/metamod-1.17.2p10-linux.zip Sources (with binaries): http://koti.mbnet.fi/axh/files/metamod-1.17.2p10.tar.gz i mean, which one does what. i have Windows on this computer. so i would download the win32 one but whats the sources. i have been trying to get these bots working for weeks and they work but after a few minutes, they just crash. same for many of my friends. |

Just download the win32 one, and drop the files in the /addons/metamod folder, you can even just overwrite the files, I usually rename them like metamod.old1 metamod.old2 etc just in case I need to go back to one of em...
You should be able to leave the plugins.ini file alone, so all you really need to copy over is the dll. And the sources are the C++ code used to make metamod, so developers can use it to implement their addons, and for other people to tweak to make it work better/how they need it to work. |
