Ok, ns_pillbox_final is 100% impossable to waypoint because of the bridge that must be welded from the marine side to extend it across the lava pool. Otherwise, the only alternitive route is to climb a ladder to take a very long walk threw a vent to the other side.

ns_speedball is a maze of ladders and ramps with a nearly direct route strait threw the map from outside the alien hive. There is a wall too complex for bot alien life forms other then lerk and skulk to get past. Marines without jetpack can't make it to the hive. I'm afraid this one is not waypointable as well.
