I think the default is -1 set to min number of bots otherwise i bet its probably saying summat like 'Bot-name was kicked by Console'

balance_teams could also be a factor if there is a few humans playing. Ignore this if only you....

True, min and max bot setting ( found in the bot_config.ini ) not set to -1 could cause this but it's not the only thing. AMX and Adminmods both have reserved slot kickers available. That can be another cause.

We need more info to help you. Are you using any other plugins becides rcbot? Please list them all.
