Just a list if things that have been changed in the new version of NS, the thing that interests me the most and i thought would grab your attention cheeseh is the mention of cloak....i seem to remember you weren't too keen on having the bot's not recognising a cloaked player when they were near them as they used to be partially visible (90% Cloaked or something was what they used to be) and so could see them.
The new changelog makes mention of the 100% cloaking whilst stationary.
Food for thought anyway.

it doesnt matter anymore what % of cloakness they have now. The same code should work.

How does that part of the code work? If visibility > x then visible = true? Or is it somethin all together different?

something like..

BOOL isEnemy ( ... )
{
...

if ( !(pEnemy->v.iuser4 & MASK_DETECTED) ) // can't see this guy
return FALSE;

...

return TRUE;
...

}

You're right, it does work (-stoked).
It's good to be able to sit on the ceiling cloaked and drop in on them..they only see you if they manage to bump into you and un-cloak you.
