Short answer: No.
Long answer: It'll never happen until the NS dev's code in APIs to allow the bots to have a reliable way to place structures. They don't care about it, so it's likely to never happen. |

API = application programming interface = tools that let your program work with other programs in a low level that lets you get things done easily and efficiently.
