Everything Works Fine But The Behaviour., Pretty strange. Options

I checked all the commands, and none are on that should be stopping them from attacking. When I start, all the bots join, but all they do is meet each other and start jumping around like idiots looking at each other, with the marines going "Alien Spotted" fourteen million times. I thought maybe they'd have to learn how, so I pop a cap into the aliens, and kill them until my score is about 100. Nothing, anyone wanna help me out?

(P.S., I've run servers on all sorts of games forever with lots of plugins, so don't be afraid to use a good server vocabulary, I don't know why this stupid thing is happening.)

did you download from the " RCBot Version 1.3 **supports linux** Latest non-beta release (Note* wont support latest NS version)" link?? if not..

what version of the bot (and metamod) are you using ?

get_rcbot_ver in console will tell you (If i remember right)
