No, it shouldnt look any thing like that :-\ try changing resolutions/video mode (by video mode i mean changing to either software opengl of directsomthing) hope that helps a little

I have been seeing this as well but not just rcbot, I hear AMXmod and adminmod menus look like this as well. Looks like steam did it again
